Chicken Momo

Ingredients to make Chicken Momo

  • White flour or maida 2 cups
  • chicken mince 100 gms
  • onion thinly sliced 1-2
  • garlic paste 1-2 tbspn
  • green chillies 1-2 sliced
  • Spring onions 50 gms
  • coriander leaves
  • Black pepper powder 1-2 tbspn
  • salt

How to make Chicken Momo

  1. Knead the dough with flour, salt, oil and knead tightly and keep aside covered with a wet cloth.
  2. Take the chicken mince in a bowl add salt, pepper, spring onions, onions, garlic paste and coriander leaves. Mix well
  3. Now take small ball of the flour and give it a round shape (just like puris)
  4. Stuff the puris with chicken mixture and give it any desired shape.
  5. Steam this momos in a steamer or a momo maker for at least 20 minutes.
  6. Serve it with chicken clear soup and spicy sauce

My Tip:

Make the chicken soup by boiling chicken bones. If you are making in a momo maker make the soup in bottom and steam the momos in the upper vessel. This makes the momos more delicious !!!
