Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. White flour or maida 2 cups
  2. Chicken mince 100 gms
  3. Onion thinly sliced 1-2
  4. Garlic paste 1-2 tbspn
  5. Green chillies 1-2 sliced
  6. Spring onions 50 gms
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Black pepper powder 1-2 tbspn
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough with flour, salt, oil and knead tightly and keep aside covered with a wet cloth.
  2. Take the chicken mince in a bowl add salt, pepper, spring onions, onions, garlic paste and coriander leaves. Mix well
  3. Now take small ball of the flour and give it a round shape (just like puris)
  4. Stuff the puris with chicken mixture and give it any desired shape.
  5. Steam this momos in a steamer or a momo maker for at least 20 minutes.
  6. Serve it with chicken clear soup and spicy sauce
