Ingredients to make Garma garam pakoras

  • 1 bowl bengal gram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 5to6 green chillies chopped
  • 1 cup coriander chopped
  • 1 cup curry leaves
  • 1tsp ajjwain
  • 1tsp black peppercorns
  • 1tsp Fennel seeds
  • 2 to 3 onions chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • 1tsp rice flour
  • 1 slab panneer chopped
  • 3 carrots grated

How to make Garma garam pakoras

  1. In a bowl add bengal gram flour add salt, peppercorns, fennel seeds, onion, capsicum, paneer, coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, rice flour.
  2. Mix well add water to make it a thick consistency.
  3. Then take little by little and deep fry it. Serve hot.
