Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida 1cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Sugar 1/2tsp
  4. Dry yeast -1/2tsp
  5. Oil -1/2tsp
  6. For stuffing
  7. Boiled potatoes -1cup
  8. Boiled peas -1/2cup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Green chillies
  11. Mango pow -1/2tsp
  12. Oil 2tsp
  13. Red chilly pow -1tsp
  14. Cumin seeds -1/2tsp
  15. Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add maida salt sugar dry yeast and oil and mix it well add Luke warm water and make a soft dough greese the dough with oil Cover the dough for one hour
  2. Heat oil in a pan add oil cumin seeds green chilly add boiled peas and add salt red chilly pow anchur pow garam masala and add boiled potatoes and mix it well
  3. For pinwheel Divide the dough into equal parts and make them into patties and roll each one into about chapati rolls Spread one part of the filling evenly over one of the rolled dough Roll the sheets gently use a little
  4. Roll the sheets gently use a little water to seal the end of the sheet roll the sheet gentley six to seven times this help keeping together with the help of knife slice the both ends about one inch long then slices the sheet into half
  5. into half inch thick press each pinwheel lightly Place pinwheel into greese baking tray rest for half an hour and bake it for twenty min
  6. If you want apply butter
