Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2kg Potatoes
  2. 1cup groundnuts
  3. 3-4green chillies
  4. 2tsp cumin seeds
  5. 2-3table spoon oil
  6. 4-6 black pepper
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Coriander leaf
  9. 2tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. Mash them
  3. Roast groundnuts and crush them
  4. Crush black pepper
  5. Heat the oil in pan
  6. Add cumin seeds chillies black pepper let them crackle
  7. Now add mashed patato and slat
  8. Now add crushed groundnuts
  9. Mix them well and cook it for 5-7minutes you will feel the aroma of it
  10. Now swtich off the flame add corianderleaf and lemon juice and mix it well.
  11. Ready to serve aaloo upma
