About Crunchy Potato Recipe

Crunchy potato is a kid friendly snack. Being a mother of the worlds two most beautiful toddlers, I keep myself busy planning, thinking and experimenting with ingredients which are available in my fridge. This snacks is made with left over boiled potatoes. Your kid is going to love.

Crunchy Potato

Ingredients to make Crunchy Potato

  • Whole wheat flour 1 tsp
  • Leftover boiled potatoes 1 big
  • cornflour 2 tsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • salt 1 pinch
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 pinch
  • 1/4 cup water

How to make Crunchy Potato

  1. Cut the potatoes long thick slices with a sharp knife.
  2. In a bowl make a creamy batter with corn flour, wheat flour, salt, sugar and black pepper.
  3. Dip all the potato slices and mix it lightly else your potatoes might break. In a pan heat oil and add the potatoes (slow heat brings the best result).
  4. Fry each side until browned. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
