Paneer rolls

Ingredients to make Paneer rolls

  • 4 slices of fresh bread
  • 10-15 pieces of cashew nuts
  • Salt, pepper, jeera powder according to taste
  • One cup of cooking oil
  • A few pieces of raisins. ( Optional )
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper as per taste

How to make Paneer rolls

  1. Mash the paneer thoroughly till it becomes very soft
  2. Cut the sides of the bread slices and remove. Make the bread a little damp by sprinkling some water on it
  3. Add cashews, salt, pepper in the mashed paneer
  4. Slightly roll the bread slices so it becomes slightly thin
  5. Divide the paneer mixture into 4 and put on the 4 slices
  6. Now roll slices with your hand so that the paneer is stuffed inside
  7. Heat the oil till it's smoking. Now add the rolls. Fry till it turns brown
  8. Remove from pan. Cut each roll into 2. Serve on a platter with green chutney or tomato ketchup

My Tip:

While mashing the paneer you may add a tsp of sugar as well
