Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Raai
  2. Jeera
  3. Heeng
  4. Kari patta
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Dry red chilly
  7. Degi mirch
  8. Vegetables ( laucky, torai,bringle,tomatoes or as u want)
  9. Imly
  10. Arhar daal 1 katori
  11. Water
  12. Turmeric Powder
  13. Sambhar masala or garam masala

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut and wash all vegetables. Take pressure cooker,add one service spoon olive oil,add raai,jeera,and heeng in it. Now add all vegetables and add one gless of water,salt and turmeric powder in it and put on high flame for 2-3 wishles.. 2. On the other side take fry pan. Add one service spoon oil add raai jeera and heeng,kari patta,dry red chilly. Sought for a min.
  2. 3. Open the pressure cooker and mashed all vegetables with masher and add arhar daal in it and cook for 2 or 3 wishles. And after two wishles put the gas on low flame for 10 mins. Now open the pressure cooker add tadka, garam masala in it and cook on low flame for 5 mins till the masala mix in it..
  3. 4. Serve with rice, idli or dosa.
