A boozy twist to a classic summer dessert

Boozy Peaches and Cream

Ingredients to make Boozy Peaches and Cream

  • Fresh cream - 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 2tbsp + 1 tbsp
  • Peaches - 3 to 4 sliced - take tart ones
  • baileys irish cream - 4 tbsp
  • butter - 1 tbsp

How to make Boozy Peaches and Cream

  1. In a bowl, whip the fresh cream till it gets a thick consistency
  2. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the Baileys and chill the cream
  4. In a pan heat the butter and add 1 tbsp. sugar
  5. Once it starts to caramelize, lay the sliced peaches and slightly grill them on each side.
  6. In a tall serving glass, make layers of grilled peaches and top with the cream mixture.
  7. Garnish with peach slices and serve chilled
