First either pressure cook or boil the chicken with a little salt and pepper.
Heat a pan, add oil, onions and add tomatoes. Saute till tomatoes start leaving water then add bell peppers. Do not overcook just saute for 2 minutes then add chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add chicken pieces but do not add any water.
Saute for 2 minutes. Add salt as per taste. Finally turn off the gas.
Wash the lettuce leaves spread the above mixture and just roll them. Serve hot.
