Creamy Nutty Chicken

Ingredients to make Creamy Nutty Chicken

  • For Marination:
  • chicken 250 gms
  • Fresh cream 2-3 tsp
  • curd 50 gms
  • ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • green chilly chopped 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • For cream:
  • Fresh cream 2-3 tbsp
  • curd 150 gms
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
  • For Tempering:
  • Dry fruits (almonds, cashews) as needed
  • butter 2-3 tbsp

How to make Creamy Nutty Chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients and refrigerate it for some time.
  2. Grill the chicken by applying butter on it.
  3. Prepare the cream by whipping curd, sugar and cream together in a bowl. Add the cabbage later so that it remains a little crispy.
  4. Heat butter in a pan. Add nuts, stir then add the grilled chicken and the prepared cream (You can keep half of the prepared cream and serve it separately) and toss well.
  5. Serve hot.
