Nutri Shaami Kebab

Ingredients to make Nutri Shaami Kebab

  • Nutrela granules 1 cup
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 small chopped
  • Green chillies finely chopped 2
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Mint leaves finely chopped
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for decoration
  • Sliced onion for decoration
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to make Nutri Shaami Kebab

  1. Boil the Nutrela granuels and strain them, allow them to cool.
  2. Now in a blender give a coarse churn to the boiled Nutrela granuels
  3. Now take paste in a mixing bowl add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, chopped fresh mint leaves, garam masala, salt and gram flour for binding.
  4. Mix them all together and make small balls and flatten them.
  5. In a non stick tawa sprinkle a bit of oil and roast the kebabs on low flame till brown on both the sides.
  6. Serve hot with lemon and onion slices.
