This is a heavenly combination of soft golden paneer balls in tomato sauce with the silliness of spaghetti noodles

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Golden balls 100gm paneer
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cup carrot finely chopped
  5. 1/4 cup cabbage finely chopped
  6. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  7. 1/4 tsp chilli flaked
  8. 1/2 tsp oregano
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp olive oil
  11. Bolognese sauce 2 garlic cloves crushed
  12. 1 onion finely chopped
  13. 4 tomatoes
  14. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  15. 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  16. 1/4 tsp red chilly flakes
  17. Salt to taste
  18. 200 gm spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Golden paneer balls - Grate the paneer and potato add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, salt, pepper, oregano and chilly flakes, mix and form a dough.
  2. Make small lemon size balls out of the paneer dough.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour.
  4. Bologe se Sauce - Slitvtomatoes from the bottom and boil in water for 2 minutes, peel the tomatoes, chop half of the tomatoes and puree rest half of the tomatoes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chopped onions, saute till translucent.
  6. Add the tomato puree and chopped tomatoes, cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Add salt, pepper, italian seasoning and chilly flakes, mix well add little water if required to adjust the consistency.
  8. Spaghetti- Boil spaghetti in salted water for given time, rinse under cold water.
  9. Platting - Make a bed of spaghetti over a plate spread bolognese sauce over it and place golden paneer balls on top.
