Ingredients to make Koki
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Onion – one big chopped finely
- Green chillies- 2-3 chopped finely
- Ajwain – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – ½ cup finely chopped
- Oil/ghee - 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste

My Tip:Kneading of dough with oil needs to be taken care of...it has to be mixed with fingers like bread crumbs and then added water.
