Dry Manchurian

Ingredients to make Dry Manchurian

  • Maida (All purpose flour) 1 - 1/2 cup
  • Schezwan sauce 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil ( to fry)
  • Salt to taste
  • Onions (sliced) 1
  • Capsicums (sliced) 1
  • Ginger (chopped) 1/2
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves (chopped)
  • Green chilli paste 2 tablespoon
  • Cabbage 1 (chopped)

How to make Dry Manchurian

  1. Take a bowl and add maida, schezwan sauce, salt, water. Add cabbage in it and make a thick batter (like pakoras).
  2. Fry them till they become crispy.
  3. Take another pan and add green chilli paste, ginger and garlic. Later add onions, capsicums and cabbage in it and stir them well.
  4. Later add schezwan sauce, salt, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce in it.
  5. Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs.
