Ingredients to make Mango Banana Oats Muffins

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup grounded oats
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 medium size ripe banana
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Some tutty fruity for decoration

How to make Mango Banana Oats Muffins

  1. First preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  2. Grease your muffin tray.
  3. Mash mango pulp and banana together. Add sugar and mix it well.
  4. Sieve wheat flour, oats powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  5. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients in 2 to 3 batches.
  6. Make a smooth batter with the help of milk. Consistency of batter is neither too runny nor too thick.
  7. Fill the muffin moulds half with the batter. Garnish it with tutti fruity.
  8. Bake them in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Cool it on a wire rack and enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee.

My Tip:

Always cool your cake or muffins completely before cutting them. Other wise it will break.
