About Popcorn Pakoda Recipe

The popcorn pakoda gives a unique taste when eaten with any dip. It comes out very crunchy and yummy.

Popcorn Pakoda

Ingredients to make Popcorn Pakoda

  • Popcorn - 2 cups
  • ginger chopped - 1/2 tsp
  • green chillies - 2
  • curry leaves - 10-12 leaves crushed
  • cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • onions - 1
  • salt to taste
  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • oil to fry

How to make Popcorn Pakoda

  1. Take a pan, add water in it and let it be warm enough but not boiling.
  2. At that point put popcorns in the water and let it be there for 10 seconds and drain them immediately.
  3. Drain excess water.
  4. Now mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, onions, chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Make the small dumplings and fry it in the oil.
  7. The tasty crispy popcorn pakodas are ready to serve with any dip.
