Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients to make Chicken Spaghetti

  • Spaghetti 1/2 packet
  • Boneless chicken 200 gms
  • Capsicum 2 - 3
  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • Carrot 1
  • Pepper and salt for taste
  • Cooking Oil as required

How to make Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Take a deep vessel, add water and bring it to a boil. Add salt 2 tbsp and oil 1 tbsp to keep the spaghetti from sticking. Let the spaghetti cook till it becomes soft or al dente.
  2. You can check it by cutting one of the strands of spaghetti if it cuts through easily then it means its done.
  3. Now drain water out add some oil to the spaghetti, mix well and keep aside.
  4. Take a pan, add some oil and chicken pieces thinly chopped when it becomes hot. Let the pieces turn a bit golden then add ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt and saute well. Add a little water, cover the lid and let it cook till the chicken becomes moist and soft.
  5. When it is done keep the pan aside with little chicken juice left in it called the chicken stock.
  6. Now take a deep wok, add oil, vegetables and saute them if you want them a bit.
  7. Add chicken pieces, boiled spaghetti, pepper and salt as per taste. Add soya sauce, ajinomoto, vinegar, seasoning sauce (I have used Knorr sauce here) and saute well till it gets cooked. Add pepper and saute again.
  8. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Don't break the spaghetti sticks while boiling and stir fry the veggies before and then add it taste even better.
