  • Boiled rice - 1 cup
  • Mozarella cheese cubes - 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly - 1 tsp
  • Bread slices crumbled - 2
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
  • Chopped vegetables: (Capsicum+onion+beans etc) - 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour - 1 tsp
  • Grated garlic - 1/4 tsp
  • Basil leaves 8- 10
  • Oil to fry
