Ingredients to make Vegetarian egg bhurji

  • Besan ka chila 3-4
  • Chopped Onion 1medium
  • Chopped Tomato 1 medium
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • Chat masala powder 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

How to make Vegetarian egg bhurji

  1. 1. Cut the besan chila into roughly equal size pieces.
  2. 2.Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion saute till it turn pink.Add chopped tomato , chopped green chilies , chat masala powder and some salt , mix well.
  3. 3.Now add chila pieces and mix ,cook for a minute .
  4. 4.Serve hot with add tomato sauce.
