Soya multi veg kabab

Ingredients to make Soya multi veg kabab

  • 2 boiled potato
  • 1 big chopped onlion
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 1 chopped carrot (little bit boil)
  • 5 baby corn (little bit boil)
  • 4 chopped mashroom
  • 2 cup soya granulated
  • 1/2 cup bread crubs or bread slice
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli to taste
  • 2 tsp coriander poweder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp black paper

How to make Soya multi veg kabab

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Make tikkis from this mixture. Heat oil in a non stick pan and fry on each sides for the few minutes.
  3. Serve with the sauce of your choice
My Tip: Except potato I puted all vegetables in a foil made the knot of foil and then put puted in the boil water for 15 minutes
