Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup oats, plain
  2. 1/2 cup soya chunks
  3. 2 tbsp hung curd
  4. 1/2 cup Cottage cheese
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/4 teaspoon chat masala
  8. Basil leaves 4-5
  9. Salt to taste
  10. olive oil or vegetable oil 2 tablespoon
  11. For mint cheese frosting :
  12. 2 tablespoon cream cheese or cheese spread
  13. 6-7 mint leaves
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil oats and nutrela soya chunks for 2 minutes with 1 cup of water. Drain the water and grind the soya chunks and oats together. In a bowl, pour this mixture, add salt and finely chopped green chilli.
  2. Add red chilli powder, chat masala, salt, a few lemon drops and some finely chopped basil.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, hung curd and cottage cheese.
  4. Mix all the ingredients very well and divide the mixture in 5 parts.
  5. Make a small size patty, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  6. In a pan heat olive or vegetable oil and shallow fry this patty until golden in color.
  7. For cheese frosting mix cheese, mint, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala powder together.
  8. Serve patty with mint cheese frosting.
