Ingredients to make Vegetable Tart with Biscuit base

  • Namkeen biscuits - 1 pack
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Milk - 2 tsp
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1-2 Carrots, chopped
  • Few Garlic cloves - chopped
  • French beans - chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese - 3 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mix herbs as per choice
  • Egg - 1
  • Cream cheese or hung curd - 2 tsp

How to make Vegetable Tart with Biscuit base

  1. Take a mixie jar and grind biscuits. Take a bowl add biscuits powder, add butter and a little bit milk and mix it.
  2. Take a tart mould and spread mixture evenly by pressing by your hand.
  3. Take a bowl, beat egg, green chilli flakes, onion, carrot, french beans, salt and mix it well. Add milk, hung curd and mix it well. Add cheese and mix it.
  4. Take a tart mould, spread the mixture. Sprinkle dry herbs and coriander leaves. Add grated cheese. Bake it at 180 degree centigrade for twenty minutes.
