About Corn pakora with mint chutney Recipe

A change from regular pakoras, it gives a different spicy taste with the sweetness of fresh corns.

Corn pakora with mint chutney

Ingredients to make Corn pakora with mint chutney

  • Pakoras:2 cups fresh corns from bhuttas (grated)
  • green chillies chopped- 2 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • 1 cup besan ( gram flour)
  • salt according to your taste
  • red chilly powder 1/2tsp
  • Chopped potatoes 1 cup
  • oil for frying

How to make Corn pakora with mint chutney

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  2. Mix well all the ingredients in a large vessel and whip up with the help of hands.
  3. Drop little pakoras in heated oil and fry till they become golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with mint chutney to fullfill the 4pm craving.

My Tip:

Add all the ingredients of chutney together in grinder and make a smooth paste, this chutney keeps your body temperature cool in strong heat waves.
