Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup rava or suji
  2. 1cup curd
  3. 1cup left over bhaji or any veg
  4. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  5. 1tsp Eno fruit salt
  6. 1tsp Salt
  7. 1tsp garam masala
  8. 1tsp red chilli powdered
  9. Few chopped curry leaves
  10. 1tbsp ginger chilli paste
  11. 1 tbsp oil
  12. 1/2 cup +1tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Mix rava, oats, curd and bhaji in a bowl.
  2. Leave it for 20 mins.
  3. Add and adjust water to make it pouring consistency.
  4. Add ginger, chilli paste.
  5. Add salt, chilli and garam masala powder.
  6. Add eno.
  7. Sprinkle a little water mix the batter well.
  8. Pour the batter in greased microwave idli maker.
  9. Fill 3/4 of the batter in all the cavities of the mould.
  10. Micro it for 3 mins.
  11. After few seconds again micro it for 3 mins.
  12. Then give 2 mins standing time.
  13. Then demould all the idlis carefully.
  14. Serve with chutney or sauce.
