About Macaroni Cutlets Recipe

Macaroni instead of potatoes makes yummy cutlets when mixed with bread crumbs, poha, coriander and cheese.

Macaroni Cutlets

Ingredients to make Macaroni Cutlets

  • Boiled macroni -1 cup
  • Poha -1/2 cup
  • Grated cheese -1/2 cup
  • Some coriander leaves chopped
  • salt according to taste
  • red chilly -1/4 tsp
  • Bread crumbs -1/4 cup
  • cumin seeds - pinch
  • oil to fry

How to make Macaroni Cutlets

  1. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator after covering with cling film.
  3. After an hour take out and cut it in the desired shapes and fry till golden brown .
  4. The macroni cutlets are ready . Serve with any chutney.
