Ingredients to make Grilled potatoes in creamy gravy

  • Boiled Potatoes4-5 medium
  • Chopped Onion 1 medium
  • Tomato1 large
  • Garsm masala powder 1 tspn
  • Red chilli powder 1 tblspn
  • Coconut 2-3 inch
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

How to make Grilled potatoes in creamy gravy

  1. 1.Peel and cut the boiled potatoes in thin circle.
  2. 2.In hot pan drizzle some oil and palce the circles on it.grilled the circle in both sides.
  3. 3.Make a paste of tomato and coconut in grinder.
  4. 4.Heat oil in another pan add chopped onion saute till turn pink,add Ginger-Garlic paste, tomato coconut paste and mix well.
  5. 5.Add Garam masala powder,red chili powder ,salt mix and cook about 3-4, minute.
  6. 6.Add milk and cook.After some time add grilled potatoes cook about 4-5 min. Turn off the flame.
  7. 7.Serve hot with paratha or chapaties.
