Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 cup whole Milk/low fat Milk
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

How to make Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. In a bowl mix milk, sugar and salt. Beat the ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Gradually stir in heavy cream, then add vanilla extract.
  3. Mix properly until the mixture is even.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.
  5. In ice cream maker, add the frozen mixture and churn for about 30 minutes until the ice cream is soft and creamy.
  6. Transfer the ice cream to freezer and freeze for another 1 hour.
  7. Serve with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and fresh cut fruits.
