Dahi ke shole

Ingredients to make Dahi ke shole

  • Four bread slice
  • Yellow red bell pepper
  • Half capsicum
  • Hung curd four spoon
  • chilly flakes
  • Salt & black pepper
  • oil for frying
  • water
  • oregano

How to make Dahi ke shole

  1. Cut capsicum bell pepper into very small pieces
  2. Mix bell pepper into curd add salt black pepper oregano chilly flakes
  3. Take a bread slice and dip into water For not more than a second
  4. Now squeeze the bread and fill the mixture nd make shape with light hand
  5. Repeat it in all the cases
  6. Now fry them at medium flame
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup

My Tip:

Add sweet corn for more taste.
