Ingredients to make Delicious salad

  • 1 cup noodles
  • 2 teaspoon corn flour
  • Oil for deep in frying
  • 1 medium sized Julienne cut tomato
  • 1 cup sized green capsicum ,yellow capsicum and red capsicum.
  • 2 teaspoon chopped spring onion
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 1 cup long cut cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil.
  • Salt to taste

How to make Delicious salad

  1. Place large pan on heat and add water, heat it little.Now add noodles to it and half boil it, turn off gas and keep noodles aside on paper towel.
  2. On the Other side cut long strips of tomato ,capsicum,cabbage and chopped spring onion.
  3. Now take noodles in bowl, add corn flour.
  4. Take oil in a kadai, heat it, deep fry noodles and keep it on absorbent paper
  5. Now take oil in pan on heat, add cabbage,corn,spring onion,tomato,capsicum.Mix well cook for 1 minute then turn off flame.
  6. Take stir fry vegetables in serving bowl add fried noodles in it also add salt, honey, chilli powderand olive oil..mix properly .serve immediately and enjoy it.
My Tip: You can use any vegetables for this salad.
