ABOUT Tomato Chole Vegetable Salad. RECIPE

A heart healthy salad with the richness of fibres with protein and good fats.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chole ( soak overnight) 1 bowl.
  2. Tomatoes 3
  3. Carrot 1 chopped big. ( 1/2 bowl)
  4. Cucumber chopped 1 big( 1/2 bowl)
  5. Dates soaked and chopped bite sized 2 tbsp
  6. Mint leaves 10 to 15
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  8. Green chillies chopped 1 to 2 ( according to taste)
  9. Pecan halves 2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  12. Peparika powder to taste
  13. Roasted Zeera powder 1 tsp
  14. Roasted Sesame seeds 1 tbsp.( black or white)
  15. Lemon juice of 1 lemon.( 1 tbsp)
  16. Virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
  17. Pumpkin seeds roasted 1/2 tsp
  18. Sunflower seeds roasted 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook Chole . Add salt. Allow to cool.
  2. Chop tomatoes. Tear mint leaves with hands
  3. Mix Carrot, Cucumber, Tomatoes.
  4. Mix cooled Chole. Add salt, pepper, Patrika .
  5. Add roasted Zeera and green chillies.
  6. Add lime juice, Olive oil .
  7. Mix gently. Add coriander leaves and mix . Adjust salt.
  8. Add dates.
  9. Add pecans and both the seeds.
  10. Add Sesame seeds too.
  11. Your healthy Tomato salad is ready.
