Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 boiled aloo
  2. Jeera ( cumin seeds)
  3. 1 chopped green chilli
  4. 1/4 th tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp amchoor ( dry mango) powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pinch of Kasuri methi
  10. Pinch of garam masala
  11. 1 tsp oil
  12. 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Cut boiled potatoes into cubes.
  2. Take a wok. Put oil and add Zeera. Let it crackle.
  3. Then add chopped green chilli
  4. Add diced boiled potatoes.
  5. Saute for 1 minute.
  6. Add red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder. Mix it.
  7. Now add salt, a pinch of Kasuri methi and garam masala.
  8. Add 1tbsp water so that all the masala gets mixed properly.
  9. Cook for a minute so that potatoes will coat with masala properly.
  10. Serve hot with parantha
