Ingredients to make Bread ke Gulab Jamun

  • 6 slices of bread brown or white
  • 1tbsp Sugar
  • Oil for frying
  • 1tsp elachi pd
  • 4 to5 almonds chopped
  • 1tbsp Milk
  • 2 to 3 strands of kesar
  • 1tbsp Sugar

How to make Bread ke Gulab Jamun

  1. In a bowl take the bread slices grind into dry powder form, then add sugar powder, elachi powder, milk and mix together then make round shape an deep fry it. Then in another vessel add sugar, water, kesar bring it to a boil. The consistency should b a bit sticky . Then add dip the jamun in to it.
  2. Garish with chopped almonds.

My Tip:

You can use brown or white bread.
