Ingredients to make Capsicum rings

  • 1 green capsicum.
  • 1 yellow bellpepper
  • 1 red bellpepper
  • Two boiled potatoes
  • salt as per taste
  • One chopped green chilly
  • Two tsp paneer
  • Half spoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly
  • Half spoon oregano
  • Two spoon olive oil

How to make Capsicum rings

  1. Cut the bell pepper into rings.
  2. Place one ring in to the second ring like in green ring set one yellow ring.
  3. Take a bowl put boiled mashed potatoes in it.
  4. Add salt, red chilly, coriander powder, coriander leaves, green chilly and oregano.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Now fill the mixture into bell pepper rings carefully.
  7. All rings are ready.
  8. Now take a grill pan and put olive oil and capsicum rings. When one side is cooked change to other side of the ring.
  9. Serve with ketchup or green chutney.

My Tip:

Cook over low flame.
