This is like sweet pancake , made of maida/APF and in between brushed with goodness of nutella.kids favourite ,easy to make and yummy in flavour

Ingredients to make Dora cake (eggless)

  • APF/maida 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/4 cup
  • honey 2 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • oil-2 tbsp
  • Nutella spread 1/2 cup

How to make Dora cake (eggless)

  1. WE NEED 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR/MAIDA,1/4 CUP CONDENSED MILK.
  2. MILK 3/4 CUP,HALF TEASPOON VANILLA ESSENCE.
  3. HONEY 2 TSP,OIL 2 TBSP,1 TSP BAKING POWDER .
  4. FIRST TAKE CONDENSED MILK IN A BOWL.
  5. NOW ADD OIL TO IT.
  6. MIX BOTH WITH SPOON TILL OT GETS FLUFFY.
  7. NOW ADD BAKING POWDER TO IT,BEAT IT IN ONE DIRECTION.
  8. ADD HONEY TO IT ,YOU CAN ADJUST SWEETNESS AS PER TASTE.
  9. NEXT ADD VANILLA ESSENCE.
  10. ADD MAIDA /APF IN SMALL BATCHES AND KEEP MIXING.
  11. SIMILARLY ADD MILK IN BATCHES ALONG WITH MAIDA.KEEP ON MIXING.
  12. AGAIN MAIDA IN BATCHES.
  13. MILK TOO.KEEP MIXING IN ONE DIRECTION FOR 2-3 MIN.
  14. IT SHOULD BE OF THIS RIBBON CONSISTENCY.
  15. PUT SOME OIL ON NON STICK PAN.LET IT HEAT.
  16. NOW PUT BIG SPOON OR A 2TBSP BATTER AND SLIGHTLY SPREAD IT ROUND.KEEP FLAME LOW .
  17. IN FEW SECONDS BUBBLES WILL APPEAR .THEN COVER PAN.
  18. COVER PAN AND COOK FOR 60 SEC /1 MIN AT LOW FLAME.
  19. AFTER 1 MIN FLIP IT,AGAIN COVER IT AND COOK IT FOR 1 MIN AT LOW FLAME.
  20. DONE.MAKE ALL IN SAME MANNER AND TAKE OUT ON PLATE.
  21. NOW ON THIS SIDE APPLY NUTELLA SPREAD OR YOU CAN APPLY MIXTURE OF PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCO SYRUP.
  22. LIKE THIS KEEP OTHER ONE ON IT.
  23. OUR DORA CAKE IS READY.
  24. SIMILARLY MAKE ALL LIKE THIS.
