Paneer Tikka Shots

Ingredients to make Paneer Tikka Shots

  • paneer - 200 gms
  • capsicum 2
  • onions 2
  • coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • green chillies 5-6
  • salt according to taste
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Dry mango powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp

How to make Paneer Tikka Shots

  1. Cut the paneer, onions, capsicum in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, 1/4 tbsp chilli powder, dry mango powder in it and keep in the refrigerator to marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Now in the mean time, chop the coriander leaves, green chillies and grind it.
  4. Add salt and chilli powder in it and keep aside.
  5. Now take out the paneer and vegetables bowl and add the green chutney in it.
  6. Pre heat the air fryer for 1 minute.
  7. Place the capsicum, onion and paneer in toothpick.
  8. Similarly, make all the shots with tooth picks
  9. Air fry it for 5 minutes at 150 degree centigrade temperature. Increase the temperature to 180 degree centigrade for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

Serve with ice tea or any mocktails.
