Tuna Coleslaw Toast

Ingredients to make Tuna Coleslaw Toast

  • 1 tin/can Tuna fish in brine
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded capsicum
  • 1 small tomato
  • 100 gms garlic Mayo Fun foods
  • 1 spring onion
  • butter as required
  • 6 slices brown bread

How to make Tuna Coleslaw Toast

  1. Remove fish from the brine and keep in a bowl.
  2. Drain and dry out any liquid in the fish.
  3. Add chopped vegetables of choice, I took tomato, cabbage, capsicum and spring onion.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix in the mayo, to make the filling.
  6. Toast breads in a toaster or in an OTG, butter them lightly
  7. Place the ready filling, spread well cover with another toast to form a sandwich.
  8. Cut and serve fresh.

My Tip:

Do not keep for long after keeping in the toasted bread.
