Steamed Paneer Flower

Ingredients to make Steamed Paneer Flower

  • paneer - 200 grams
  • rice - 1/2 cup soaked for one hour
  • salt to taste
  • butter -2 tsp
  • Cardmon powder 1/2 tsp
  • kaju as required
  • onion - chopped one
  • shimla mirch - 1 chopped
  • Green chilli and Ginger - chopped
  • coriander leaves
  • pepper pow 1/2 tsp

How to make Steamed Paneer Flower

  1. Crush green chillies and ginger in a blender. Take a jar, add paneer and grind it to make a smooth batter.
  2. Put the paneer into the bowl, add coriander leaves, green chilly paste salt and mix it well.
  3. Take another bowl, add onions, Shimla Mirch, cardamom powder, salt, pepper, kaju and butter and mix it well.
  4. Take half table spoon of paneer batter and flatten it on your hand. Take a half teaspoon of filling and place it on the Paneer then again take paneer stuffing and flatten it. Seal the edges carefully and roll it like a ball.
  5. Roll the flowers into soaked rice and steamed it for twenty minutes.
  6. Serve with green chutney.
