Ingredients to make Veggies and Sweet Corn Sandwich Toast

  • 8 slices bread
  • 1/4 cup lettuce chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup capsicum
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup eggless mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • butter
  • 1/2 cup Coriander chutney

How to make Veggies and Sweet Corn Sandwich Toast

  1. In a bowl put all the veggies add salt ,pepper ,oregano mayonnaise and mix well (you can add some grated cheese also).
  2. Apply coriander chutney on a slice and spread the veggies evenly.
  3. Cover it with another slice of bread.
  4. Heat the griddle and apply some butter.
  5. Toast the bread on both sides and serve.
  6. For coriander chutney grind a cup of coriander ,1 tbsp of roasted gram , 2 green chillies, salt , 1 tsp sugar and curd.
