About Chicken Sheekh Kebab Recipe

Sheekh kebabs are made out of mutton and chicken they are usually made out of boneless pieces grounded with spices then grilled its a nice juicy and mouth melting dish must try easy to prepare here goes the glimpse of this dish.

Chicken Sheekh Kebab

Ingredients to make Chicken Sheekh Kebab

  • Boneless chicken - 500gms
  • onion-half diced
  • coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilly pwd- 1/2 tsp
  • coriander pwd-1 tsp
  • green chilly-1
  • cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  • lemon- 1/2
  • garam masala powder- 1 tsp
  • tandoori masala powder- 1 tsp
  • chicken masala powder- 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1
  • cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Chat masala -2 tsp (add it after grinding)
  • oil for shallow fry

How to make Chicken Sheekh Kebab

  1. Take a blender blend all the ingredients and make a smooth paste do not add water.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl add 1 tbsp of finely chopped onion and coriander leaves if required add chilly powder add cornflour -2tbsp and mix well
  3. Take a bamboo sticks and roll in it and shallow fry and at the end give a charcoal smoke to the kebab sheek kebeb is ready :dango:

My Tip:

You can also make out of mutton you can also cook the kebab on coal fire or gas.
