Cheesy Potato Stacks

Ingredients to make Cheesy Potato Stacks

  • 4-5 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flacks
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 3 teaspoon melted butter
  • 1 cup grated processed cheese.
  • salt to taste
  • Muffin tins for baking

How to make Cheesy Potato Stacks

  1. preheat oven at 375 Fahrenheit(190C). grease muffin tins with butter Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Transfer these thin potatoes slices into large bowl. Add garlic powder, chilli flakes ,Oregano, mix herbs and little Salt, mix well.
  3. Add melted butter in it and then add cheese, give it a good mix and toss.
  4. Layer the potato slice into stacks in prepared baking tin. Sprinkle little black pepper powder on it and place in oven.
  5. Bake till edges and top part of it are golden brown, middle part should be tender.
  6. It takes 55 minutes to 1 hour.
  7. Now remove from oven, place them and rest it for 5 minutes then serve it.

My Tip:

You can use any cheese.
