ABOUT Stuffed Chilli Chinese Noodles Bhajji RECIPE

It is an evening snack where i have used chinese noodles stuffed inside the green chillies an dipped in besan batter an deep fried it.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Pinch of red chilli powder
  4. Pinch of turmeric
  5. Pinch of garam masala powder
  6. Pinch of amchoor powder
  7. Pinch of dhanya powder
  8. 1 pack chinese plain noodles
  9. 1 tsp oil
  10. 1 carrot chopped
  11. 1 capsicum chopped
  12. 1 cabbage chopped
  13. 1 tsp spring onions chopped
  14. Oil for frying
  15. 1 tsp soya sauce
  16. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  17. 8 to10 green chillies (which we use for making bajjis)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, and water make the batter thick consistency.
  2. In a Kadai add oil fry spring onions, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, salt , pepper mix well till soft.
  3. In another vessel add water for boiling once it starts to boil add the noodles an after 1 boil drain the water out. Then add the noodles to the vegetables and mix well.
  4. Then take the green chillies put a slit there take out the seeds out of it. Then stuff the noodles inside the green chillies, an dip it in the batter and deep fry it.
