Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bowl boiled american corn
  2. 2 big simla mirchi cutting in big square pieces
  3. 3 pieces tomatoes......making tomato puree
  4. 1 piece onion ...making paste
  5. 2 tspoon red chilly powder
  6. 1 tspoon termeric powder
  7. 2 tspoon garlic paste
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Oil for tadka

Instructions

  1. 1) First boil corn
  2. 2) Heat a pan and add 3 big spoon oil
  3. 3) Add onion paste and garlic paste and mix it well
  4. 4) After paste became brown then add tomato puree in it stirr it for five minutes
  5. 5) Then add chilly powder, salt and termeric powder. ...mix it well
  6. 6) All the ingrdients became in gravy form then add simla mirsh(dice chopped).....leave them for 2-3 minutes
  7. 7) Finally add boiled corn and mix them....leave for 2 minutes
  8. 8) Serve hot .....tangy....and ....tasty...corn capcicum in tomato gravy......is ready
