Ingredients to make Cheesy Palak Paneer Cutlet

  • Crushed and roasted vermicelli to coat 1/2 cup
  • Crumbled paneer 1/4 cup
  • Black Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Cheese slices 1
  • Spinach washed and finely chopped 1/4 cup and dried in kitchen towel
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Water for making slurry
  • Pinch of salt to add in slurry
  • Cumin powder 1/8tsp
  • Potatoes 1/4 just for binding
  • Oil for frying
  • Chat masala 1/4 tsp
  • Grated ginger 1/4 tsp

How to make Cheesy Palak Paneer Cutlet

  1. Mix potatoes, paneer, spinach, chat masala, black pepper, black salt, cumin powder and ginger.
  2. Take lemon size prepared mixture and in between place 1/4th slice of cheese and give it the shape you want. keep it in refrigerator for 2 hrs.
  3. Now heat oil. Make a slurry of maida, water and pinch of salt.
  4. Dip one ball in slurry and then roll it over crushed vermicelli. Now deep fry and serve with sauce.

My Tip:

It is better if you keep it in refrigerator otherwise you can skip this step too. Add cheese slice and grated mozzarella cheese for more cheesy cutlets.
