Veggies and Spinach Fritters

Ingredients to make Veggies and Spinach Fritters

  • Spinach washed and finely chopped handful
  • Ajwain 1/4 tsp
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • 1/4 tbsp rice flour
  • Grated carrot 1
  • Grated cauliflower 1/4 cup
  • Sweet corn kernels handful
  • Beans chopped 3-4
  • Rawa 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder
  • Green chillies finely chopped to taste
  • Ginger grated
  • Salt to taste

How to make Veggies and Spinach Fritters

  1. In a bowl take grated ginger, carrot, chopped spinach, ajwain, salt , green chillies, cauliflower grated, besan , rawa ,pinch rice flour, sweet corn kernels, chopped beans. add water if required..
  2. Heat appe pan put drop of oil in each slot and put ball of mixture prepared.
  3. Flip the side and just half cook it and take out, meanwhile heat oil in a pan and take the half cooked ball and press it with any bowl and give tikki shape and then deep or shallow fry it.
  4. Serve hot with tea and sauce or chutney.

My Tip:

To avoid excess oil I did first part in appe pan and second part shallow frying, you can do both parts deep or shallow frying
