A very delicious chicken recipe.

Chicken 65

Ingredients to make Chicken 65

  • chicken 500 gm
  • tomato 300 gms
  • onion 1 big size
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • green chilly 3-4
  • red chilly powder half tsp
  • Half cup fresh malai (optional)
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • Jalebi food colour half tsp
  • salt to taste
  • butter 3-4 tsp
  • coriander leaf for garnishing

How to make Chicken 65

  1. First clean the chicken and keep aside. Fry the onion in butter till golden and keep to cool.
  2. Take tomato, fried onion, green chilly and jeera and make a paste.
  3. And add the paste to chicken and add the ginger garlic paste add the jalebi food colour and salt to it. Keep for marination in fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Now take butter in a kadhai and put the chicken in it and on high flame for 10 minutes till the water evaporates. Now add fresh malai and keep mixing for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add water to your gravy as desired.
  6. And then add some fresh coriander leaves for garnishing and serve hot.

My Tip:

U can also add malai to your dish for more tastes.
