About 2 Minute Brownies Recipe

Made in 3 minutes, for that brownie craving, easy and tasty!

2 Minute Brownies

Ingredients to make 2 Minute Brownies

  • 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp refined oil

How to make 2 Minute Brownies

  1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients
  2. In a mug add the oil and milk.
  3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients till well incorporated. In a microwave safe bowl, pour the batter and microwave for two minutes.
  4. Check for doneness, if the batter looks too moist, microwave for 30 seconds more.

My Tip:

Serve hot with ice cream topped with chocolate syrup.
