Ingredients to make Mix veg tangy toast sandwich

  • Bread 8 slices
  • Butter 50 grm
  • Onion 1 pc
  • Tamato sauce 1 cup
  • 2 green chillies
  • Paneer 2x2
  • Cheese 2 box
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 sp mayonnaise
  • 2 cups full of veggies
  • salt to taste

How to make Mix veg tangy toast sandwich

  1. First clean the veggies and cut them in very small pieces.
  2. Take 2 spoon of butter in a kadhai add all the veggies and cover it and boil them for 10 min.
  3. Add cup of milk, mayonnaise and salt and add half cup of sauce, mix them well.Cover it for another 10 mins and then put the gas off.
  4. Now your mixture is ready.
  5. Now take bread and put butter both sides, put one side extra butter.
  6. Then put some sauce on extra butter sides and put the mix veggies.
  7. Now take a bowl and grate the cheese and paneer.
  8. Put them on the veggies.
  9. Cover with the other buttered bread.
  10. Keep in the sandwich maker for 5 to 7 mins.
  11. After that put the mixture of paneer and cheese on the sandwich.
  12. Serve with the tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

Add some mayo on the buttered bread for more taste.
