Ingredients to make Coffee cheese cake

  • Cream cheese 400 gm
  • Castor sugar 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Ginger biscuits 15 nos
  • Castor sugar 1/4 cup
  • Melted butter 4 tbsp
  • Instant Coffee 2 Tsp
  • Hot water 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp

How to make Coffee cheese cake

  1. Grind the biscuit. Mix with 1/4 cup of castor sugar and melted butter. Line on a base of a 8" spring form pan. Press it well.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg. for 10 min.
  3. Lower the oven tem to 160 deg.
  4. Beat cream cheese with an electric beater until creamy . Add sugar. Beat until well combine. Add vanilla.
  5. Add eggs one at a time. Beat on low speed.
  6. Mix 2 tsp instant coffee with 1/4 cup hot water. Cool down. And add to the batter.
  7. Pour into the tin on the lined breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake for 40 min. Cool inside the oven keeping the oven door open.
  9. Keep in the fridge for 3 hrs or overnight.
