- Onion – 2-3 no’s chopped finely
- Dill leaves – 1 cup chopped
- Coriander – 1 cup chopped
- Curry leaves – 1 spring chopped
- Rice flour – 1/2 cup
- Gram flour – 1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts – 2 -3 tbs broken into small pieces
- Chilly powder – 1 tsp (adjust to your taste)
- Cumin or carom seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Ghee – 1 tbs
- Salt to taste
