About Cheesy balls Recipe

Melt in mouth cheesy balls perfect for snacks, starters or tiffins..its soft from inside and crunchy and crispy from out.

Cheesy balls

Ingredients to make Cheesy balls

  • Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
  • Rawa to coat
  • 2 tbsp apf
  • Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Boiled peeled and grated potatoes 2
  • 1 capsicum shredded
  • Cheese
  • Black pepper powder
  • oil for frying
  • Milk to make slurry

How to make Cheesy balls

  1. Method Mix potatoes capsicum salt and black pepper powder. take lemon size mixture. Give it a shape of peda.. add cheese and gently cover it and give the shape of ball, meanwhile make a slurry of milk, garam masala, chat masala and apf which should not be thick or runny. Roll the balls in the paste and then roll it over Rawa. .. Deep fry it..you can bake in oven too. .serve hot with dip of your choice....

My Tip:

Vegetables can be added of your choice according to availability. You can make slurry of cornflour too Instead of rawa you can coat bread crumbs too.
